Hey, Guess what...

We had an ultrasound this morning, and there was no denying what we saw.

The boys are thrilled, the girls are depressed. I told them that they have until August to get over it and then they have to be happy with the baby we've got. I doubt it will take that long.

I'll admit to wishing for a little pink when we first saw the little guy, but then deciding that blue was a nice color, too.

We're nothing if not predictable, I guess. We have a pattern going here "girl, boy, boy, girl, boy, boy." As my eldest pointed out, the next girl makes them a palindrome. I like a kid who plans ahead!

A palindrome? Keep an eye on that kid!

Congratulations! I understand completely, we were hoping #4 would be a girl as well, so as to better balance the shared bedrooms.

Paul, the girls are just more fun to dress than the boys.

Rob, We'll take the shoes. We have too many children to turn down free shoes.

Congrats, Mom. The boy's hand-me-downs get another round of use.

Congratulations!
Think of it this way...one less wedding you have to pay for...that's if the girls don't become Nuns.
I hope you are keeping well.
I don't have time for blogging at the moment...still having visitors, etc.
This is actually the 1st time I've looked at blogs since I've had Gabriel!
Take care,
Gina

Congratulations! I haven't had a boy for seven years. I had been hoping a little bit for another boy, but when we had our little girl, I was just so thrilled with her I couldn't picture anything else. So now the name choosing begins ~ have fun with that!

We have a name...and it's a boy name, too!

I'm just not allowed to post my children's names on my blog. Talk to the Computer Guy if you want me to be able to change that.

Ellen,
There is nothing wrong with the name Horatio. It's a good, solid, respectable name, and I'm sure there must be a St Horatio out there somewhere.
