I miss him more and more every day. For all his faults, he surely wasn't the socialist we managed to elect this time. I dig your blog, by the way. I see you are a big family type like me. Although I have a bit larger brood than you, I know you feel the stares and get the questions just like my wife and I. Keep up the good work.
As a veteran, that video really touched me. We (I was Active Duty Air Force at the time) felt very much like that when Clinton came into office. He made it quite clear at the beginning of his tenure that he very much disliked the military, period. He later backed off and tried to be friendly with the military but it was too late by then. I am no longer in the military, thank God. I feel for the "guys" though. I know what they are going through.
Our current president scares me. We need to really, really pray hard that this country will survive the next four years without permanent damage. The tax burden is going to be tremendous!
