I've been reading all over the internet that last week was National De-Lurking Week. Somehow I missed it, but I've never been a girl to pass up a good thing.
So who are you? Some of you comment often, some of you never say anything. Here's your chance! Will you introduce yourself, please? And feel free to ask me anything you've been wondering about or that's been lurking in the back of your mind. (No guarantees that I'll answer, but you never know.)

Okay, I confess!!
I'm a hardcore lurker. :) I fell in love with your blog many months ago. I was raised in a Catholic homeschooling family and identify with much of what you write.
Phew! Feels good to get that off my chest. ;) I hope you don't mind...
Okay, I do comment sometimes, but not as often as I probably should. ;-)
I'm Leah, a.k.a. Lowdenclear from DCF. I'm your number one fan... And not in a creepy Kathy Bates kind of way. Honest. :-D
I'm a big lurker. I found your blog through other Catholic mom blogs that I follow and I really enjoy reading your posts about your family and your faith.
One question/request that I have: Could you explain some more about the Saint Nick tradition that your family does each year? You mentioned that your children write letters and leave them in their shoes. Are the letters to Santa or to Saint Nick (do you distinguish between the two?)? Do you ever actually put rocks in your children's shoes? You mentioned the tradition briely and since I'm expecting my first child, I have been on the look-out for a good holiday tradition that I can start. :)
I post... not sure if it counts as "frequent" or not....
Former Navy geek mother of one darling little girl called Kit, married to my very geeky Navy/AF Elf.
Probably found you from a chain starting at the Anchoress or maybe DarwinCatholic; you've been a staple of my "enjoyable" RSS folder in my blog reader for so long that I don't remember. ^.^
I guess I am a lurker. I am a stay at home mom to three children with the oldest being three years old. I found your blog through your brothers posts on Facebook. I guess I don't have any questions. I really enjoy reading your posts they make me feel better a lot of the time.
I do comment on occasion, I stumbled across your Blog Literaly hitting "next Blog" after reading my Pastors Blog (Unlikelyconversation.blogspot.com) My Name is Todd and I am a Lutheran. I have enjoyed sharing several of your stories with my wife, we have 2 kids and 1 dog. I am so glad I saved you under Favorites because I don't think I would have found your blog again. Thanks for the Posts! you're a talented writer!
I'm not a lurker, but I do like your blog. Keep up the good work!
Been lurking for several years following your escapades and those of your fam.
Um, this may not be appropriate but, I'd like to ask for some prayer...kinda going through a crisis of faith.
Thanks for your blog.
I found your blog through the Crescat's cannonball awards. Since I am a fellow mother who homeschools I can relate to some of your life. I don't think I have commented before(I usually find I will want to say what someone else has already said) but I very much enjoy your blog. Thanks for sharing your life!
I'm a lurker here in the same way that cannons are subtle.
But you rock, aka the Mom!
I don't know if I've commented here, but I lurk and laugh at lots of your posts (and cry at some...). I'm always curious about your hair-- how long is it? The header picture shows l-o-n-g hair and the profile pic shows short hair. Is there a story?
I don't just lurk on your blog... I have infiltrated your family so that I could get all the dirt on you that doesn't even make it on the internet. BwaHaHaHa!
@Lisa - the header picture is actually of her 6 children. The one with the long hair is #1.
But you should ask her about her purple hair. :D
I have no idea how I found your blog, but I've been reading for several months now and love it!
Okay, okay, here's another lurker, although I think I've commented once or twice. =)
I wish I could tell you how I found your blog, but I don't remember any more. Could it have been a Google search for "Catholic mom blog"? I'm pretty sure that's who I was looking to read about and I'm glad I've found yours!
I live in the Midwest, but have a godchild in a Dallas suburb - I hope your move goes well!
Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I found you via the Cannonball Awards. I think I'm addicted to Catholic homeschooling mom blogs. Yours is one of my favorites!
gramma to 8 (Hopefully more) mother to 4, past foster mom to 14. Catholic woman in love with my faith and my husband. Active in pro-life and marriage prep. Lover of Eucharistic Adoration and daily Mass.
I've been hanging out since 2009and love reading about your family.
I just don't remember if I found you through Sardonic Catholic Dad or vice versa! BTW- what's up with SDC? He hasn't posted anything since last November.
I follow you on Google Reader and don't often click through to comment (I'm usually reading during some kind of chaos at my house), but I really enjoy your blog!
I went to jr. high with the Computer Guy and came across your blog after the red eye mom request went out over fb. It started off as just being a fun way to learn about a childhood friend's grown up life, but now I never miss reading your witty remarks on life. My question Computer Guy's wife...Why haven't you compiled these blogs into the form of a book and made millions yet? :-)
I'm a complete lurker! I'm a young newly married Catholic wife, and I'm pregnant with my first little one. I'm inspired by your writing and by your faithful and big (for these days) family. I found you via Larry D's blog.
I comment... Catholic mom of 2 on earth, and 3 birthed and 4 miscarried babies in heaven. Love, love, love your attitude!
hmmmmm, am I a lurker if I hear about it before you blog it? I often try to comment but something usually happens between my hitting "enter" and it showing up to keep it from showing up. Usually something silly like me needing to sign in to MY blog. Anyway, love reading and you're awesome!
Found you a few months ago... Catholic mom of 6, loved your post on breastfeeding and running.... Did a 1/2 marathon last spring when my youngest was just 1 so I was able to get through without a nursing break (was pretty uncomfortable towards the end though!) but I loved your "enlistment" of the young guy!
I found your blog through Sardonic Catholic Dad, which is a blog my husband came across first. I check his blog almost every day, though he doesn't post often these days, because he has the handy list on the right of his page which shows me which blogs have been updated. I've commented here a few times, but never introduced myself. I'm Drina, 27 yrs old. I have a wonderful husband, a 3 yr old and a 16 mo. old. I'm Catholic :) Hi!
Frequent reader, but not so good with the comments.
I'm more of a drive-by lurker. I don't have much time so I read and run. Mom of 10 of which 7 still live here (though 2 are in college) and grandmother to 2. Homeschooling my last 3 and taking care of the grandbabies while their mom is at work. Blogs like yours make my day lighter. Thanks.
Sharon
I'm a lurker....
Still feel connected since the Summer Prayer buddies. Still pray for you and your family.
Still think of the awesome prize I won....got something awesome too!
Can't always post cuz I read on my ipod a lot and posting is a pain in the neck, but you're on my Google reader and I read.
God Bless....p.s. I'll vote for you too!
