It's
still Christmas, y'all. Are you still celebrating? We're taking a
vacation from school until after the Feast of Epiphany on the 6th of
January.
We've
invited the neighbors for dinner on the 6th to celebrate the 12th day
of Christmas. I'm working on a menu but am having a hard time finding
partridges or calling birds. Do you have any menu suggestions?

This Advent, I had the great honor of praying for JoAnna from A Star of Hope.
She has a sweet new baby for Christmas this year, which made it such a
joy to pray for her and her family. All my middle of the night
feedings, and quite a few daytime ones, were spent in prayer for her. I
love those quiet night-time hours for prayer, don't you?

For
Christmas, the brilliant Computer Guy had the last year of my blog
printed in a hard-back book. It somehow seemed so much more meaningful
when I saw it in book form instead of on the computer. This blog is
many things, but one of the most important is a record of our family and
of my babies growing up.

I would like to take a Christmas break from job hunting, but I can't.
Cool bracelet.
Today I turned my tree 90 degrees just to get a different view of it.
That is a cool bracelet.
Merry Christmas y'all!
Best bracelet ever!!!
JoAnna was just at my house today, picking up the Miracle Blanket. Great lady!!! Both of you.
I'm so jealous of both of you because you got to hang out with each other. I so need to come for a visit. (Is it okay that I just invited myself?)
Cornish game hens with pear stuffing?
LarryD - Are you allowed to use y'all? Aren't you a little bit too far north for that?
May you continue to have a Very Blessed Christmas in company of all those you Love ♥
And WOW!! Great Work Computer GUY!!
Beautiful Gifts, especially the book!
May You and Your Gorgeous Family have a New Year Overflowing in Love, Peace and Infinite Blessings!!
Just wanted to make sure you saw that I was your prayer buddy! I sent you an email, but sometimes those things get lost :) Hope you had a wonderful Advent and Christmas! And it was a joy to pray for you!

Very cool. Just curious, did the blog book include the comments?
Rebecca - I just noticed that y'all responded to my use of "y'all".
And the answer is...yep. I got dispensation from Bishop Flores when he was auxiliary bishop, before being assigned to Brownsville. (I can also use the phrase "git along, lil doggies!" too!)
So Happy New Year, y'all!!
