| I'm calling this one "Reality" |
The hair which was carefully curled this morning was pulled back hours ago. I've been writing and editing the book since 6:00 this morning. Yes, that was 12 hours ago. With any luck and a bit of determination, it will be done and ready for the professional editor tonight. Add in a 3 year old with what I suspect is the flu and a 1 year old who won't let me hold anyone else...and this is how my life looks today.
Yes, it's a ponytail, but it's a curled ponytail, and I've decided that counts.

I hope your kiddos are feeling better today. The chapters of the book that I was privileged to read were perfect - good length, great convo-style, practical help and spot on accurate, especially the mistakes chapter. It offers the kind of right-now common sense hints and helps that we all need from time to time, even if just for validation and to know that there are others out there in the same boat as us and we are not crazy, and we will get thru with the grace of God and in fact the kids will be better people for our struggles.
Also, thank you for talking to me yesterday. I can't tell you how much good it did. -Loretta
